UPDATES UTILITY DOWNLOADS UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS

The upgrading process has been radically changed. In the future, all updates will be done in order, automatically regardless of how may updates you have missed in the past. File sizes on many temporary files have been optimized which requires installation of the new files. Further, the old UPDATE FILE has been modified to not be compatible with older versions. There is a new file, UPDATE FILE NEW which will be included with each download/updgrade which will have the necessary changes and will ensure that the updates are done in order.

Updated February 2, 2011, version 2011.5.7.81. 

You should first find your current version and version date of CustomWare^®. To do this:

1. Always begin with a backup!
2. Log into CustomWare^® and get to the MASTER CENTER (first screen after login or after typing in "." or "MENU".)
3. Press the F2 key. Note your version date and number which is in the middle of the screen. Press any key to return to the MASTER CENTER.
4. Find the FIRST update DATED AFTER your version number and date.
5. Click on the update and follow the update instructions.
6. Continue until you are up to date.
