This verb does relative cursor positioning. It moves the cursor down the
number of lines specified. If the cursor reaches the bottom of the screen
it will stay on the bottom line and the screen will scroll up.

MOVE CURSOR DOWN the amount NUMBER
NUMBER must be a number or a noun containing a number.
