Returns the rounded down value of a number. ROUND DOWN TO INTEGER always
rounds toward smaller numeric values.
Example: ROUND DOWN TO INTEGER +2.3 = +2
ROUND DOWN TO INTEGER -2.3 = -3

ROUND DOWN TO INTEGER of the value NUMBER result in NOUN
NUMBER is a number, or a noun containing a number, whose ROUND DOWN TO INTEGER
value you wish to calculate. The result of the calculation will be placed
into NOUN.
