Halts the execution of the current verb and returns PRAGMA to the verb that
called the current verb or to the START Message.
If the RETURN verb is omitted from a definition and the last line is not a
GO TO, RETURN TO START or REPEAT, PRAGMA automatically returns to the prior
verb. RETURN need never be the last line in a verb definition.
